We will accept a Free of Charge return for items delivered wrongly or item delivered is different from our picture on our website. We also accept returns for any item with manufacturer’s defect upon delivery or within 6 months. The defect must not be caused by wear & tear or misuse.
If the above conditions are not met, however customer wish to return the items delivered, a transport fee of S$50 – S$150 may be imposed on customer for the return of ONE item.
Merchandise bought at Shop5.sg can be exchanged for products which are of the same or greater price value within 7days. Merchandise for exchange must be strictly unused, no damage and in resalable condition with original packaging/plastic packaging in order to be eligible for exchange. For hygiene purposes, we do not allow exchange of personal items such as Mattresses(without original packaging), bedsheets, quilt covers and quilts. Mattresses, pillow, bolster protectors, bolsters and pillows that have been removed from their original packaging, used or with traces or odour/fragrances. A restocking fee of S$50 – S$80 will be imposed. Should the customer choose to exchange the existing item for another item with a greater price, the customer will also be required to top-up the difference in price.
Items bought at Shop5.sg can be called for a refund if they are found with manufacturer's defects(exterior,interior condition) and rejected on delivery or within 7days(not durable from regular usage) from delivery. Our numbers are open from 10am – 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Verification of proof of purchase will be asked for cheque refund for cash payments and card refund for card payments. Refund window is only open till the 7th day of purchase. We do not accept any refund after 7th day. For collection of refunded order items, please refer to ‘Return Policy’ for delivery/transport charges. For hygiene purposes, we do not entertain any refund nor accept any return for Mattresses(without original packaging), bedsheets, quilt covers, quilts, mattress/pillow/bolster protectors, bolsters or pillows that have been removed from their original packaging/plastic packaging or show signs of usage, stained, torn, washed or with traces of odour/fragrance. We will therefore not issue refunds for the items stated above. Shop5.sg reserves the rights and full discretion to decide each return and refund case and reserves the rights to reject any request for refund or return if they are deemed unfit for return/refund by our staff.
Cheque refund will be given the customer during the item pick up at customer’s venue only. Should the customer be unable to be present for the cheque collection, a representative may be present ONLY if a letter of authorisation is issued the customer containing the representative full name and I/C and signed by the customer. Representative particulars and I/C may be asked for verification purposes.
For Card refunds, you will be refunded back to the payment method and the card that you have used for the order payment. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
For PayPal refunds, the funds wil be refunded to your PayPal account if you have used PayPal as your payment method for the order. Please allow up to 3 working days for the PayPal funds to be credited to your PayPal account.
Clearance, Promotion Items and Customised Items are Strictly non-refundable.
